将高汤放入锅中,中火加热至微沸,注意不要煮沸。

将味噌酱放入小碗中,舀入约1/2杯热高汤搅打至顺滑,再将味噌液倒回锅中。

Tip: 切勿直接将味噌煮沸,这样会破坏其中有益的益生菌,风味也会变得粗糙。请务必单独化开后在最后加入。
