Preheat oven to 375F. Toss the bread cubes with olive oil and rub with the halved garlic clove. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.

Make the dressing: whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon, Worcestershire, and minced garlic until smooth.

Tip: For a thinner dressing, add cold water 1 tsp at a time until you reach your desired consistency.

Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss until every leaf is coated.
