For tzatziki
Instructions
Season chicken with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest 5 minutes, then slice.
Make tzatziki: mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
Warm the pitas in a dry skillet or microwave. Spread tzatziki down the center of each.
Tip: Warming the pita makes it pliable and less likely to crack when you wrap it.
Layer sliced chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta on each pita. Roll up tightly and serve.
