Preheat oven to 375F. Squeeze all excess moisture from the thawed spinach using a clean kitchen towel. This is critical for a thick, creamy dip.
Tip: Wet spinach is the number one reason this dip turns out watery. Squeeze it bone dry.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes until smooth. Fold in spinach, artichokes, and half the mozzarella.
Transfer to a baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden and bubbling around the edges.
Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
