Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Soak the breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.
Tip: Don't overmix or the meatloaf will be dense. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed, then stop.
Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet, about 9x5 inches.
Mix the glaze ingredients together. Spread half the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes. Spread remaining glaze on top and bake for 15 more minutes until internal temp reaches 160F.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. This helps it hold together and redistributes the juices.
