Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix gently until just combined. Roll into 16 meatballs.

Tip: Slightly wet your hands before rolling to prevent sticking.

Place meatballs on the baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Pour marinara sauce into a large oven-safe skillet. Nestle the baked meatballs into the sauce. Top each with a slice of fresh mozzarella.
