In a medium bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well.
Divide the mixture between two jars or containers. Press down lightly to submerge the oats.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Tip: They keep for up to 3 days in the fridge, so you can batch-prep several at once.
In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if too thick. Top with fresh berries and sliced almonds.
