Whisk together the miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar until smooth. Coat the salmon fillets with the glaze and let sit for at least 10 minutes.

Preheat your broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly oil it.

Toss the broccolini with sesame oil, salt, and place on one side of the baking sheet. Place the glazed salmon skin-side down on the other side.

Broil for 8-10 minutes, watching carefully, until the glaze is caramelized and bubbly and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Tip: If the glaze starts to burn before the salmon is done, move the rack down one position.

Serve the salmon and broccolini over steamed rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
