Blend flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until perfectly smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

Tip: Resting the batter lets the gluten relax and the flour fully hydrate. This makes tender, tear-free crepes.

Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly butter the pan. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter and immediately tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter into a thin, even circle.

Cook for about 1 minute until the bottom is lightly golden and the edges start to lift. Flip and cook 30 seconds more. Stack on a plate.

Spread Nutella on each crepe, add sliced strawberries, fold into quarters, and dust with powdered sugar.
