Sprinkle both cheeses evenly over one half of each tortilla. Fold the other half over to close.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place quesadillas in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
Tip: Medium heat is key. Too high and the tortilla burns before the cheese melts.
