Preheat oven to 425F. Butter and lightly flour 4 ramekins. Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each.
Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar together until thick and slightly pale. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture, then fold in flour and salt.
Tip: The batter can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Add 2 extra minutes to the bake time if cold.
Divide batter among the prepared ramekins. Bake for exactly 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is still soft and jiggly.
Let rest for 1 minute, then invert onto plates. Tap the bottom of the ramekin and lift. The cake should slide out. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
