Instructions
Layer fresh mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves on the bottom half of each ciabatta roll. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Close the sandwiches and brush the outside of the bread lightly with olive oil.
Press in a panini press or grill pan over medium heat for 3 minutes per side until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is melting.
Tip: If using a grill pan, press down with a heavy pot or foil-wrapped brick for the panini effect.
Slice in half and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
