Mango Sticky Rice

Soak the sticky rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain completely.
Tip: Don't skip the soaking. Unsoaked sticky rice will be crunchy and won't achieve the right chewy texture.
Steam the rice in a steamer basket lined with cheesecloth for 20-25 minutes until tender and translucent.
While rice steams, heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Reserve 3 tbsp for drizzling. Pour the rest over the hot steamed rice and stir gently. Cover and let absorb for 10 minutes.
Serve the rice alongside sliced mango. Drizzle the reserved coconut cream on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
