Mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. Rub the fish with olive oil and the spice mix.
Grill or pan-sear the fish over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky and cooked through.
Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lime juice, half the cilantro, and a pinch of salt for the crema.
Tip: No blender? Mash with a fork and stir vigorously. It doesn't need to be perfectly smooth.
Toss cabbage with remaining lime juice and salt for the slaw.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet. Break fish into chunks and assemble tacos with cabbage slaw, avocado crema, and remaining cilantro.
