Preheat oven to 400F. Mix Dijon, honey, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Season pork with salt and pepper, then spread the mustard mixture all over.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tenderloin for 2 minutes on each side until browned all over.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15-18 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145F. Remove and rest for 8 minutes before slicing.

Tip: Use an instant-read thermometer. Pork tenderloin goes from perfect to overcooked quickly.

While pork rests, add butter and chicken broth to the skillet over medium heat. Scrape up the browned bits and simmer for 2 minutes. Drizzle the pan sauce over sliced tenderloin.
