Break the frozen acai packets into pieces. Add to a blender with the frozen banana and almond milk.
Tip: Use as little liquid as possible. The bowl should be thicker than a smoothie so toppings sit on top rather than sinking.
Blend on low, using a tamper or stopping to scrape down the sides. Blend until thick and smooth, like soft-serve ice cream.
Pour into a bowl. Arrange the granola, strawberries, blueberries, and coconut flakes on top. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chia seeds.
