Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and curled.
Add garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce. Toss for 30 seconds to coat. Remove from heat.
Arrange butter lettuce leaves on a plate. Fill each with shrimp, shredded carrots, and sliced radishes.
Squeeze lime juice over the wraps and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
