Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Toast all 6 slices of bread until golden. Spread mayo on one side of each slice. Add mustard to two slices.
Build each sandwich in three layers: first toast with turkey and lettuce, second toast with bacon and tomato, topped with the third toast.
Tip: Secure each quarter with a toothpick before cutting. The triple-decker wants to slide apart.
Cut diagonally into quarters and serve with your favorite side.
