Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove to a plate.

Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened and glossy.
